Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in food distribution or logistics.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns with accuracy.
• Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.
