Job summary

Promise is seeking a Customer Support Associate in Fairfield, CA to respond to client inquiries by phone, email and text, with clear, compassionate communication. The role includes assisting bilingual English/Spanish speakers and guiding applicants through relief programs, reviewing documentation to help approvals, and maintaining detailed interaction records.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our engineers to improve service and contribute to program launches.
