Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician who will repair batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment at customer sites. A company vehicle is provided and travel is required in the Lancaster, PA area.

You should have a working knowledge of standard shop tools and basic electricity/electronics, with a focus on delivering customized solutions and excellent customer service. The role emphasizes safe operation, timely response to service calls, and opportunities to upsell

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of battery industry or related experience.
• Forklift Training Certification or ability to obtain.
• Good understanding of basic electricity/electronics and ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls at customer locations to repair batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; keep service vehicle stocked and in good working order.
• Promote point of sale items and allied products and services to customers.
• Interface with customers, dealers and management to provide assistance and recommend improvements.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with policies.
