Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Service Technician to repair batteries, chargers, and battery handling equipment at customer sites. You will use a company vehicle, maintain a clean work area, and promote related products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

A strong knowledge of basic electricity/electronics and reading technical manuals is needed. The role is based at our Auburn, WA facility with opportunities for safety training, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of battery industry or related experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair batteries, chargers and battery handling equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and vehicle.
• Convey information to the proper contact at the customer's location to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate forklift, crane and reach truck as needed.
• Promote point of sale items and allied products and services.
