Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Knoxville, TN seeks a retail teller to provide quality customer service, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, and maintain accurate cash handling while adhering to audit and security policies. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; cash handling or teller experience preferred.
Strong customer service and cash handling skills; ability to refer clients to appropriate bank teams.
Familiarity with basic banking products and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

Handle a cash drawer and ensure accurate cash control; follow audit and security policies.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments for customers.
Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATMs; participate in night and lobby depository checks.
Support dual control vault responsibilities and stay updated on policy changes.
