Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control; follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM activities.
• Assist in verification of deposits in night and lobby depository.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify cross selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
