Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Tennessee is seeking a part-time teller to provide quality customer service through daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments with accuracy and attention to security policies.

You will maintain cash drawers, balance daily, and promote bank products while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deliver quality customer service and accurate processing of financial transactions in a retail banking environment.
• Must follow audit, security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash controls and follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist with balancing and processing of ATM transactions and night deposits.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
