Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Operations Specialist - banking office support in Cerritos, CA. This on-site position emphasizes routine transactions in compliance with bank policies and confidentiality of client information.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am—5:00 pm, with pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour. The role requires accurate data entry, customer service focus, and coordination across departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in operations at a financial institution.
• Knowledge of bank operations and regulations.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming work, enter transactions, verify accuracy, prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct documents.
• Handle priority escalations and inquiries.
• Organize work to meet deadlines and goals.
• Complete data entry to bank systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
