Job summary

Johnson Service Group is hiring an Order Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative for a TEMP-HIRE position in El Monte, CA. The role focuses on maintaining relationships with customers, processing orders, and supporting outside sales.

You will answer calls, provide product knowledge, and uphold up-to-date company information. Strong typing (50+ WPM), excellent customer service, and ability to work with walk-in customers are required.
