Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Operations Specialist - banking office support in Cerritos, CA. This on-site position emphasizes routine transactions in compliance with bank policies and confidentiality of client information.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am—5:00 pm, with pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour. The role requires accurate data entry, customer service focus, and coordination across departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in operations at a financial institution.
• Knowledge of bank operations and regulations.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Operations Specialist - banking office support in Cerritos, CA. This is an on-site position.

Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00pm

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Overview

Performs routine transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures, and in adherence to bank security policies and confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Performs a wide variety of operational tasks for standard processes or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational or other areas and customers. Utilizes multiple system applications. May work in multiple areas or departments

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming work, enter transactions, verify accuracy, prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct specialized and/or complex documents. Utilize appropriate resources as needed to complete tasks.
• Responsible for direct priority escalations and the handling of inquiries and issues escalated to the department.
• Organize and complete work accurately in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goals.
• Responsible for the accurate completion of assigned data entry to various bank systems for the completion of the job function.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Have high level of accuracy and great attention to detail.
