Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Adhere to procedures and compliance requirements when sorting, organizing, validating, pulling, completing paperwork, signing off, shipping.
• Request motor vehicle records from motor vehicle agencies, third parties, or software via websites, email, mail, or phone.
• Review motor vehicle inquiry results to confirm title issuance aligns with client guidelines.
• Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze and resolve problems promptly.
• Meet production and quality goals consistently.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong customer service while remaining organized.
