Job summary

Vitu in Sacramento, CA is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for the DDI Duplicate Title team to apply for duplicate titles for lenders when a perfecting document isn’t on hand. The role focuses on meeting state and county requirements and ensuring paperwork is complete to prevent DMV rejections.

You will work with proprietary software, coordinate with peers, and adhere to corporate policies. The position may include overtime and weekend shifts as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize resources and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety training.
• Follow procedures when signing off, shipping documents, and related activities.
• Use company software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze and resolve problems promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as required.
