America's Auto Auction (New Orleans) in Hammond, LA is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support accurate title processing and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling title work, researching discrepancies, and updating the ASI system while coordinating with dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include processing titles, resolving missing or incorrect documents, maintaining databases, and providing support via multiple communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive office administrative experience preferred.
• Title work experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title work accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation promptly.
• Complete applications to transfer title ownership.
• Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system.
• Maintain accurate customer and title databases.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in person.
• Assist with inventory reduction tasks and coordinate with Sales/Account Management.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
