The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with titling processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with vehicle titles or dealership paperwork is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and tax documents.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to state agencies.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of title applications and supporting docs.
• Coordinate vehicle payoffs, lien releases, and dealer trade documents.
• Maintain title records and resolve discrepancies.
• Post transactions in dealership systems.
• Process warranty registrations and related documents.
• Assist customers, lenders, and staff with inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
