Job summary

M3 Technology Group is seeking an installation technician to install AV solutions for our customers. Duties include traveling to customers' locations, installing AV systems, troubleshooting, testing connections, and providing user instructions while cleaning up after each job.

The ideal candidate will be detail focused, eager to learn, and safety minded, with up to six weeks of training in Nashville prior to on-site work. Education in Electronics preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of installation experience a plus.
• Valid drivers license with appropriate driving record.
• Travel to customers' sites up to 40% of time.
• Able to read basic base building and electrical blueprints.
• Safety-focused and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set-up, test, calibrate and commission complete A/V systems to company standards.
• Pull cable, terminate connectors (copper and fiber), mount/rig objects and construct racks.
• Read and follow base building and electrical blueprints.
• Follow directions from Lead Technicians and Project Managers.
• Report changes or concerns with projects and ensure safety.
• Attend training and travel to customer sites as required.
