Job summary

M3 Technology Group is seeking an Installation Technician to install AV solutions for customers. You may travel to client sites, install AV systems, troubleshoot, test connections, and provide user instructions. Training may occur in Nashville prior to job site work, with emphasis on safety and best practices.

The ideal candidate is detail-focused, eager to learn, and capable of adapting to evolving AV standards and company processes. Strong teamwork and professional presentation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; electronics coursework preferred.
• Ability to perform basic installation tasks and follow blueprints.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, test, calibrate and commission AV systems to M3 standards.
• Perform basic installation tasks (cable pulling, connectors, mounting/rack construction).
• Read base building and electrical blueprints and follow project direction.
• Report changes or concerns; prioritize safety and teamwork.
