Job summary

MediaNet AV is seeking an Experienced Audio, Video and Lighting Installation Technician to support installation projects and post‑install client training. This hands‑on role includes configuring systems, following project designs, and ensuring high quality site close‑out.

You will also manage inventory, ensure safety and tidy workspaces, and contribute to ongoing customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong AV installation skills, experience with Q‑SYS and Dante, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Experience in AV installations including Q-SYS and cable management.
• Strong communication and training skills for customer sessions.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review system designs and SOWs for upcoming projects and provide preliminary programming of components.
• Follow cable schedules, document paths, and assist with terminal testing as needed.
• Perform on-site installation tasks, configure systems, and provide client training and support.
• Maintain inventory of van and warehouse cables and allocate supplies to job sites.
• Arrive for daily kickoff and respond to calls/emails promptly; represent MediaNet AV professionally.
• Set personal development goals and pursue required certifications within stated timelines.
