The role involves leasing, application processing, lease documentation, move-ins/move-outs, and responding to resident inquiries, with a focus on customer service and compliance with housing program regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or residential housing operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills, including rent payments or billing processes.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks and follow procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further certifications are beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, social services, or community work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities and processing applications.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Respond to resident inquiries and routine concerns.
• Support rent collection and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for work orders and inspections.
• Ensure compliance-related documentation and reporting.
