Real Property Management Express in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a part-time Property Manager who blends professionalism, empathy, and ownership. You’ll drive leasing, conduct property tours, manage the resident experience, and supervise daily operations at the property.

You will maintain occupancy, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely communications with residents while embodying company values and delivering fast, resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical savvy—comfortable navigating multiple systems and browsers.
• Availability Monday–Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST).
