Qualificações

• Experience with expediting and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of construction activities.
• Familiarity with site inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Logistics management for material flow, site deliveries, and resources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous construction industry experience preferred.
