Wolfoods is seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp program. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This on-site live-in position requires a 6-day/70-hour week, a ServSafe Allergens certification, and the ability to work across multiple sites with scratch cooking.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to navigate I-Pad for ordering and reporting.
• Able to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
