HEI Hotels & Resorts presents an exciting opportunity at Aloft Miami Airport in Miami, FL. The Assistant General Manager will lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans and will act as General Manager in their absence.

The role requires strong financial acumen, budget forecasting, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and guests. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities within HEI's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience in hotel operations.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills, including forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans.
• Plan, organize, participate in meetings and ensure brand SOP compliance.
• Develop and manage Rooms/F&B budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate staff and address performance issues.
• As Executive Committee member, help shape financial objectives and strategies.
