Contour Luxury Apts in Boulder, CO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will handle repairs, routine maintenance, and make-ready tasks for new residents, while upholding safety standards and high service levels.

You will diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and support appearance and functionality of the property.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, and building systems.
• Complete make-ready and turn processes for vacant apartments.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for maintenance needs and safety.
• Assist with on-call maintenance and emergency situations as required.
• Maintain curb appeal through grounds and common areas upkeep.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members to provide excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:Completing service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous mannerDiagnosing and repairing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systemsPerforming preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings, and common areasPreparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing make-ready and turn processesConducting routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concernsAssisting with emergency maintenance situations and participating in an on-call rotation as requiredMaintaining community curb appeal through regular upkeep of grounds, common areas, and property amenitiesEnsuring all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulationsMaintaining accurate records of completed work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activitiesCommunicating effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer serviceAssisting with inventory management and maintaining appropriate levels of maintenance supplies and equipmentSupporting community improvement projects and capital improvement initiatives as neededPromoting a positive, safe, and welcoming community environmentPerforming other duties as assignedWho You AreWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
