Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and building equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.
• Supervise vendors and contractors; oversee small projects.
• Assist Chief Engineer and cover duties in their absence.
• Prepare budgets and manage utility and maintenance costs.
