Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relations with landlords and customers.
• Coordinates move-ins, move-outs, and customer events.
• Performs property inspections and oversees preventive maintenance.
• Prepares property status reports and budget-related documents.
• Assists in leasing, contracts, and tenant communications.
