Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to oversee the operation of building systems and lead the engineering team at our Atlanta site. The role requires coordinating maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.

The position involves 7am-4pm hours with on-call expectations, and on-site presence in Atlanta. Candidates should have 3–5 years in related maintenance fields, EPA HVAC credentials, and leadership experience.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Trade school education or union training is desirable.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or plan to achieve within first year with JLL assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Under the Chief Engineer's direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in the preventive maintenance program.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in training and supervision of the engineering team.
