Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in building maintenance and/or HVAC, electronic, or related trade.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school HVAC/electrical degree preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable and safe with listed tools; operate heavy equipment like chillers, boilers, pumps, and switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AC circuits; replace outlets, switches, ballasts, breakers and motor starters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on air handling units and chillers; log results.
• Repair plumbing fixtures; service pumps and valves; maintain piping systems.
• Inspect and service life safety systems; monitor generators and fire pumps.
• Repair doors, hardware, and security systems; interpret mechanical drawings.
