Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating deployments, onboarding/offboarding staff, maintaining warehouse organization, inventory records, and reporting. Must lift 50 lbs, drive, and reside in the Detroit area; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

5+ years desktop/PC support experience with troubleshooting skills.
Proven asset management experience in education or large enterprises.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiar with ITSM and ITAM tools and database management.
Ability to follow strict procedures and generate accurate reports.
Associate degree in IT, business or related field.

Responsibilities

Support asset lifecycle for technology devices from acquisition to disposal.
Serve as first contact for technology purchase inquiries and onboarding/offboarding.
Coordinate deployment of devices to district locations and schedule deliveries.
Conduct onboarding/best-practice workshops for new device deployments.
Maintain warehouse, bays, shelves and inventory records with accuracy.
Address inquiries promptly and follow procedures to ensure consistency.
Support physical inventory and technology audits with updated reports.
Collaborate with teams on projects and resolve asset management incidents.
