Job summary

Soliant in Detroit is seeking a District Talent Manager to serve as an embedded, client-facing extension of the account management team for Detroit Public Schools. The DTM provides onsite and day-to-day support to the district while collaborating with Account Managers who maintain overall client relationship.

This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery by coordinating contractors, materials, and district-specific needs, strengthening Soliant's presence, and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred and experience in education or related services.
• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate on-site support and manage district needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for Detroit Public Schools with onsite support.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain service delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, materials, and onsite processes.
• Identify opportunities for growth and strengthen district partnership.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
