Qualifications

• Excellent communication with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Familiarity with CRM and project tracking platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, structured mindset; field experience valued over formal degrees.

Responsibilities

• Specification Sales: Engage architectural firms during early design phases to get engineered systems specified as the basis of design.
• Bid-Stage Execution: Partner with contractors to secure final purchase orders on bids.
• End-to-End Account Ownership: Track opportunities from initial contact to project handover.
