Novax Recruitment Group in the United States seeks an Inside Sales Specialist for Commercial Architectural Systems. You will drive growth by converting project opportunities and expanding market coverage, collaborating with architects and contractors to promote proprietary products and close deals.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 plus uncapped commission (1% of sales) with an OTE potential of $120k–$145k, plus 100% company-paid health premiums and 401(k) match.

Qualificações

• Experience selling to architects and contractors.
• Knowledge of commercial glazing, fenestration or building envelope.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and respond to bid inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify commercial construction opportunities
• Engage architects early in design phases to establish proprietary products
• Respond to contractor bid inquiries, gather technical details, and present commercial proposals
• Partner with internal estimators to review project details and deliver accurate quotes
• Manage commercial follow-up across long-term construction pipelines to close sales
