Qualifications

• Minimum two years of A/R, collections or accounting experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
• Create financial reports and perform analysis.
• Resolve client discrepancies and collect on past-due B2B accounts.
• Manage and complete accounts receivable activities.
• Explain invoices to customers and obtain payment.
• Maintain clear communications and customer service.
• Ensure tax, insurance, and compliance requirements.
