Qualifications

• Minimum two years of A/R, collections or accounting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (latest versions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
• Create financial reports and perform analyses.
• Resolve client discrepancies and collect on past due B2B accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable activities and processes.
• Assist customers in understanding invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain excellent communications and customer service.
• Ensure tax, insurance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
