Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance and facilities management experience in property management.
• 1–3 years leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team (1+ direct reports).
• Provide exemplary service to residents and staff.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance including vendors, preventive maintenance, turns, and service requests.
• Communicate maintenance needs and capital projects to management and ensure action.
