Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for our Atlanta, GA community. This full-time role leads a maintenance team, ensures high standards of service, and handles preventative maintenance, turns, and resident service requests to keep residents comfortable at home.

You will manage vendor relationships, communicate needs to senior management, and ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures.

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Base Pay of $70k-$80k + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250.00 per month.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of 1+direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
• Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIRoperating procedures/guidelines, regulations,
