Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Leasing Consultant for an on-site, full-time position in a multifamily community. The role requires greeting prospects, presenting property features, and guiding tours to secure leases, with weekend and holiday availability.

You will handle applications, maintain leasing files, and support resident relations and administrative tasks under the Property Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance or willing to complete training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and guide tours to secure leases.
• Present floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood features to prospects.
• Process applications and lease documents per guidelines.
• Maintain market awareness and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Handle resident relations, notices, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain leasing files, logs, and reports; support daily administration.
