AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for Casa Vera in Kendall, FL. You will be the business leader of your community, overseeing operations, sales, financial performance, resident experience, and team development.

You’ll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and identify opportunities to strengthen both the resident experience and overall performance of the community. You will manage a team, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and property management or related hospitality/customer-facing field.
• 2+ years of leadership in property management, including leading teams in a competitive sales environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Experience using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
• Understanding of budgets, financial performance, and business metrics.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar.

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by upholding high customer service standards.
• Own the community’s financial and operational performance, including budget management and revenue growth.
