Willow Lake in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a property, lead a team, and ensure excellent resident service. You will mentor associates, drive leasing and marketing campaigns, and manage budgets under regional guidance.

Strong communication and customer service are essential in this role. Responsibilities include supervising staff, screening residents, handling rent procedures, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in OneSite software preferred.
• ARM/CAM designation preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned property operations and staff under Regional/Area Manager guidance.
• Supervise and train community associates; conduct annual reviews.
• Attract, screen, and select residents; enforce federal/state laws and criteria.
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and security deposit processing.
• Coordinate vendor management and maintain upkeep of grounds and interiors.
• Monitor budgets with Regional Manager and ensure fiscal discipline.
