Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and property management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in property management.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Understanding of financials, budgets, and business performance.
• Familiarity with property management tech like Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with high service standards.
• Own the community’s financial and operational performance, including budget.
• Drive leasing and sales performance using goals and metrics.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance operations with collaboration and accountability.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention while ensuring policy compliance.
