AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for Cortona South Tampa in Tampa, FL. You will lead a small team, manage leasing, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting budget and revenue targets.

The role requires at least 4 years in sales, customer service, and asset management with 2+ years in a leadership position in property management. On-site work with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule offers comprehensive benefits and on-site living options.

Competenze

4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management, preferably in property management.
2+ years in a leadership role in property management.
2-4 years leading a team in a competitive sales/customer service environment.
Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities.
Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
Understanding of budgets and financials.
Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–6:30pm; on-site role.
