Torishima Service Solutions of Michigan LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) Administrator to join our finance team on-site in Battle Creek, MI. You will manage full-cycle billing, invoicing, and vendor payments, working closely with the team in person.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of dedicated AP/AR or general bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks and NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately, matching to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain digital and physical records of all invoices, receipts, and payment approvals.
• Generate and send customer invoices based on contract terms and sales data.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts with polite reminders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances and billing questions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for AP/AR sub-ledgers against the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
• Handle physical mail including opening, sorting, and processing checks and invoices.
