Job summary

Rauch Associates, Inc. in Southeast Michigan is seeking an experienced AP/AR leader to take real ownership of the cash lifecycle, ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments, and drive improvements in the order-to-cash process.

You will oversee the full payables and receivables cycle, lead and develop the AP/AR team, and collaborate on month-end close, reconciliations, and controls. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and strong ERP/Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AP and/or AR, with 2+ years leading people or owning the function.
• ERP experience and strong Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivots and reconciliations
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred. Strong experience counts just as much

Responsibilities
