Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with payment processing, AP, multi-state tax returns, and vendor payments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of accounts payable, including invoice and payment processing and vendor management.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Manage month-end close and posting of financial information for accuracy.
• Coordinate document control to ensure efficient AP systems.
• Train and mentor AP staff and collaborate with finance leadership.
