Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year customer service or outpatient-related scheduling experience required.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills for patient intake and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive appointment requests
• Identify existing MRN or create a new MRN
• Obtain correct demographic and insurance information
• Determine in/out of network status and assist with financial counseling as needed
• Place patient reminders and schedule follow-up appointments
