Job summary

Asset Living in Arlington, TX is seeking a Community Manager to lead a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Experience in affordable housing (LIHTC/HUD) and CAM/ARM certifications are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential, with a focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM designation preferred (not required).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Monitor rent deposits, collections, and vendor invoices; ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws; lead emergency response on-site.

Education

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
