Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred), housing-industry experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. On-site attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk.
• Supervise staff compliance with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts for the property.
• Plan and execute marketing and leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Lead emergency response and ensure timely service requests and repairs.
