Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the NGAS Law Department in a full-time, on-site role.

The position reports to the Corporate Director and involves work across four divisions, including relationship management with internal stakeholders and preparation of routine legal documents. Responsibilities include legal research on government contracts, reviewing NDAs and team agreements, managing subscriptions and records, and supporting ethics and conflict reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years’ paralegal experience or related legal role.
• Level 4 requires 6 years’ paralegal experience; education in lieu of experience.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Confidentiality and professional judgment.
• Knowledge of corporate entity structures and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Federal government contracting.
• Serve as point of contact for service of process and subpoenas.
• Review basic legal documents (teaming, consulting, NDAs).
• Support lawyers with ethics and conflict reviews.
• Prepare routine correspondence and assist with staff training.
• Maintain Law Department databases and assist with ePROCS reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the sector.
