Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on government contracting.
• Serve as a point of contact for service of process and subpoenas.
• Review teaming, consulting, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Support ethics and conflict-of-interest reviews for lawyers.
• Prepare routine correspondence and assist with training within the Law Department.
• Maintain Law Department databases and electronic resources.
• Assist sector attorneys with cross-functional collaboration and projects.
