Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the NGAS Law Department. The role reports to the Corporate Director, Division Counsel for Air Dominance and collaborates with attorneys and staff across divisions.

It is a full-time, on-site position with flexibility for Melbourne, FL; Redondo Beach, CA; or San Diego, CA, and possible placement at another NG location. The position offers exposure to corporate and transactional matters, requiring independent initiative, strong ethics,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years paralegal or legal related experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for higher level roles

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, especially on Federal government contracting
• Serve as contact for service of process and subpoenas coordination
• Review basic legal documents (teaming, consulting, NDAs)
• Support lawyers with ethics and conflict of interest reviews
• Prepare routine correspondence
• Collaborate with Law Department specialists enterprise-wide
• Interact with non-Law staff across the sector
• Update Law Department databases and resources
• Assist attorneys with internal training and development activities
• Support ePROCS reviews for sector requests
• Assist sector attorneys with other assigned tasks
