The role is full-time, on-site at Melbourne, FL; Redondo Beach, CA; or San Diego, CA, with opportunities to work with attorneys and staff across divisions on NDA terms, teaming agreements, and compliance reviews, while upholding high ethics and confidentiality.

The paralegal will report directly to the Corporate Director, Division Counsel for Air Dominance Division and will work with attorneys and legal staff across all four divisions within the sector. This position offers broad exposure across corporate and transactional matters and will work closely with other internal stakeholders in the sector and within the Law Department. This is a full-time, on-site role ideally situated at one of the following locations: Melbourne, FL; Redondo Beach, CA; or San Diego, CA; however, there may be some flexibility in having the position at another NG location for the right applicant

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
